All the guitars have dual over-wound alnico humbucking pickups with the Blacktop Jazzmaster HS including a traditional Jazzmaster single-coil neck pickup. You also get skirted black amp knobs on all four guitar models and a modern 9.5-inch radius fretboard with medium jumbo frets.

The Blacktop Stratocaster HH features a synchronized tremolo bridge, alder body, maple neck, choice of maple or rosewood fretboard, and chrome hardware. My favorite, the Blacktop Telecaster HH (pictured) features a reversed chrome control plate putting both control knobs very close. There is a hard-tail bridge for solid tuning stability, an alder body, maple neck, choice of maple or rosewood fretboard, and chrome hardware on the Tele.

The Blacktop Jazzmaster HS has a Duncan Designed™ single-coil Jazzmaster neck pickup for classic Jazzmaster tone; a Duncan Designed humbucking bridge pickup; a Jazzmaster tremolo tailpiece; a single three-way toggle switch; alder body; maple neck; rosewood fretboard; and chrome hardware. The Blacktop Jaguar HH has a shorter 24-inch scale with an Adjusto-Matic™ bridge; single three-way toggle switch, alder body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard and chrome hardware.
