Looking like any twangy Tele with a smooth polyester finish, the Acoustasonic has a realistic acoustic guitar sound by way of the Fishman™ Aura system and the piezo bridge pickup.
The Acoustasonic Tele's unusual rosewood bridge, maple neck with rosewood fretboard plus a chambered ash body contribute to the big sound of this instrument. A Custom Shop Twisted Tele single-coil neck pickup is included and for exceptional playability, there is a C-shaped neck with 21 frets.
