The StingRay, StingRay 5 and Silhouette Special are now all available in lefty versions and are identical in features, workmanship and price as the standard versions. Both the StingRay and StingRay 5 come in sunburst, natural velvet, black, translucent red and teal finishes. The fretted necks come with either maple or rosewood fingerboards while the fretless come with lined or unlined pau ferro fingerboards.
The Silhouette Special body is made of alder and finished in pearl blue, pearl green, pearl purple or candy red. The white pearloid pickguard is standard. You have the choice of three single coil pickups or two single coils mixed with a single humbucker. The pickups are by DiMarzio with the Music Man Silent Circuit for less hum. All Specials are also available with either Music Man's standard strings-thru-the-body bridge or the Wilkenson VSV tremolo. Grover self-locking tuners are standard.
